Il occupe divers emplois, dont un dans une société de logiciels composée de belles jeunes femmes et dirigée par un patron dominant vêtu d'un costume rouge et érotique. Ou en tant que travailleur électoral pour un politicien volontaire avec une fille belle, bien protégée et intrigante. Il travaille également dans un restaurant de nouilles avec une fille innocente et naïve qui est harcelée par un escroc, et a un travail dans une piscine. Dans les entreprises respectives, il rencontre de belles filles vers lesquelles il se sent attiré, avec lesquelles il vit diverses relations d'intensité et de niveaux émotionnels variables. La situation de travail décrite dans chaque cas détermine le cadre de l’action. Bien que Kintaro réussisse à conquérir les filles et les patrons dans chaque épisode, il ne développe jamais de relation amoureuse ou de poste permanent, car ils ne découvrent leur passion plus profonde pour Kintaro que lorsqu'il est renvoyé en raison de faux soupçons.
