Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
We calculate the shipping costs depending on the gross value of the goods up to 15€ with 2,70€
and from 15€ with 4,95€.
For orders over €50.00 we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad :
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross goods value):
We calculate the shipping costs depending on the gross value of the goods up to 5€ with 3,30€
and from 5€ with 10€.
For orders over €80.00 we offer free shipping.
For Switzerland:
All prices in our shop are displayed net (excluding German VAT).
Additional costs may arise when importing into Switzerland:
- Swiss import VAT (7.7% or 2.6% for books/manga)
- Customs duties
- possibly a processing fee from the shipping service provider (e.g. postal presentation fee)
These costs are borne by the buyer and are collected directly upon delivery by the Swiss customs authorities or the shipping service provider.
Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland are €20 per order.
For orders over €200.00 we offer free shipping.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
