Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
La durata del diritto di recesso è di 14 giorni a partire dal giorno,
- nel momento in cui Lei o un terzo da Lei designato, che non sia il vettore, abbiate preso possesso della merce o delle merci, a condizione che Lei abbia ordinato uno o più prodotti nell'ambito di un unico ordine e che questi vengano consegnati unitariamente;

Potete utilizzare il modulo di recesso allegato, che però non è obbligatorio.
Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente che invii la comunicazione di esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del termine di recesso.
Conseguenze del recesso
Se annullate questo contratto, vi rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti da voi effettuati, comprese le spese di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi aggiuntivi derivanti dalla scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dalla consegna standard più economica da noi offerta), senza ritardo e al massimo entro 14Tagena partire dal giorno in cui la comunicazione relativa al recesso da questo contratto è pervenuta a noi. Per questo rimborso utilizziamo lo stesso metodo di pagamento che avete impiegato nella transazione originale, salvo che non sia stato espressamente concordato diversamente con voi; in nessun caso vi saranno addebitate spese per questo rimborso.
Possiamo rifiutare il rimborso fino a quando non avremo ricevuto indietro la merce o fino a quando non avrete fornito la prova di aver restituito la merce, a seconda di quale evento si verifichi per primo.
Hanno restituito la merce senza indugio e in ogni caso entro e non oltre 14giorni italian dal giorno in cui ci informerà della revoca di questo contratto, a noiitalian restituire o consegnare. Il termine è rispettato se restituisce la merce prima della scadenza del termine di14 giorniinvia.
Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.
Devi rispondere di una eventuale perdita di valore delle merci solo se tale perdita è dovuta a un uso delle stesse non necessario per verificarne la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento.
Esclusione o cause di estinzione

- per la consegna di beni che non sono prefabbricati e per la cui produzione è determinante una scelta o una determinazione individuale da parte del consumatore o che sono chiaramente adattati alle esigenze personali del consumatore;
- per la consegna di merci che possono deteriorarsi rapidamente o il cui termine di scadenza sarebbe superato rapidamente;
- per la consegna di bevande alcoliche, il cui prezzo è stato concordato al momento della stipula del contratto, ma che possono essere consegnate non prima di 30 giorni dalla stipula del contratto e il cui valore attuale dipende da fluttuazioni del mercato sulle quali l'imprenditore non ha alcuna influenza;
- per la consegna di giornali, riviste o settimanali illustrati ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento.
Il diritto di recesso si estingue anticipatamente nei contratti
- per la consegna di merci sigillate che, per motivi di protezione della salute o di igiene, non sono adatte alla restituzione se il sigillo è stato rimosso dopo la consegna;
- per la consegna di merci, se queste dopo la consegna sono state mescolate in modo inseparabile con altri beni a causa della loro natura;
- per la consegna di registrazioni audio o video o software per computer in confezione sigillata, se il sigillo è stato rimosso dopo la consegna.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using a correspondingly designated button ("Withdraw from contract" or similar designation) on our website (www.manayga.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website (www.manayga.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawalIf you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or expiry reasonsThe right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
